There’s a problem in the car industry. People hate dealers. They think they’re being lied to, mislead, or even cheated, when in reality, if people actually took the time to read the disclaimer at the bottom of the ad, there would be no more confusion. People don’t hate car dealers, they hate reading disclaimers. So, the question is, how can we get people to finally look at these boring pieces of legal copy?
